Troy and his team answer the phones, or the texts, almost as soon as you send them. They treat you with professional respect and are flexible in meeting your own scheduling needs. No job is too little. We appreciated so much including the care they took on our property by extending their hoses considerably which took time, so they could avoid driving on our extensive lawns. The estimate was honoured. No surprises. I think when you have an older, reputable family business known over for several generations for excellence and hard work, you do all you can to keep that up. Troy continues to honour the folks that worked hard to establish Swaffield which he recently took over by buying out his own boss! Troy assisted us in a pre-purchase home septic inspection.
